Each origami flower is crafted from plantable seed paper, hand-painted with our mineral watercolors. The petals are die-cut from real flower tracings, assembled by hand into a self-supporting form. Our brush becomes the stem.

The California Poppy arrives in vivid orange, the California Bluebell in vivid blue, the Globe Gilia in delicate lavender. Each one holds the seeds of its living counterpart.

The flower comes nestled in a dark biochar-based box. The shipping box it arrives in becomes the planter. When you're ready, plant the petals and watch them break down, feeding what grows next.
